We are locally owned and operated. Unlike the national listing services, like Rover and Wag, if you have an urgent situation you won't get a call center agent in another state who is unfamiliar with your pets or local emergencies that may need intervention (like wildfires, power outages, wind storms and extreme heat warnings). The owner of Creature Comforts is always a phone call or text away, available to clients and our team. Your schedule is constantly monitored on our admin console with a Live Sitter Map showing the manager where the pet sitters are clocked in.

• Instant Online Scheduling. With a few clicks in our app you can schedule your trip and specify when we come to visit your pets. You don't even have to ask if we're available, we are! You can easily manage your account from anywhere in the world.
• GPS Arrival and Completion. You'll always know the time and location of your pet sitter's arrival and completion. Our pet sitters use an app, their arrival and completions are time stamped with their location. This means that you will see where they clocked in and out on a map as well as how long they were at your home. Our commitment to our clients is to be transparent so you can travel with peace of mind!
• Visit Reports. You will get an interactive Journal during every visit with pictures! We're going to tell you all about your pets and your home. You won't come home to any surprises! Download our Android or iPhone app and the journals are fully interactive, you can message your pet sitters for questions or provide any additional instructions you may have. You'll even see their location on a live map on your dashboard!
• Pets are happy at home! They get to sleep in their favorite spots and they greet us enthusiastically. We let them out to go potty, give them their meals, spend time playing or cuddling and they are ready to have a nap by the time we leave.
• We have a team of pet sitters. This sets us apart from other services and enables us to always be available whether you have a last-minute schedule request or you're traveling over busy holidays. If your return is delayed and you don't have cell or internet service to reach out to us you don't have to worry that your pets will be unattended, we'll keep going until we know you're Home Safe!
